Delete your
GymTracker account
Delete your account in the app or request deletion by email.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Open your Profile.
- Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Account deletion is permanent. Export a backup first if you want to keep your workout history.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@gymtracker.world from the address linked to your account with the subject “GymTracker account deletion”. We’ll need to verify that the account belongs to you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account in the app removes your account and the workout data saved for it on that device.
Subscriptions and backups
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store settings. Backup files you exported are also kept until you delete them yourself.
